6. 條款及細則 Terms & Conditions

a) 每份報名表只可申請參加一個工作坊；如欲參加多個工作坊，請分別提交報名申請。
b) 報名截止時間為各工作坊舉行日前一天下午2時正（14:00）。
c) 如報名人數超出活動名額，將按報名申請提交時間先後次序安排，額滿即止。
d) 成功報名者將於活動舉行前最少一天，透過電話或電郵收到確認通知。
e) 如活動當天遇上暴雨、颱風等惡劣天氣，活動或會延期或取消，相關安排將另行通知。
f) 活動期間，主辦單位有權進行攝影及錄影，以作活動記錄及日後宣傳推廣用途。
g) 主辦單位將妥善保管參加者所提交的個人資料，並僅用作本活動之報名、行政及統計用途。
h) 主辦單位保留更改活動內容、安排及解釋本活動條款及細則的權利。如有任何爭議，美高梅保留最終決定權。
i) 如本條款及細則之中、英文版本有任何歧義或不一致之處，概以中文版本為準。

a) Each registration form may be used to apply for one workshop only. Participants who wish to join multiple workshops must submit separate registration forms.
b) Registration closes at 2:00 p.m. (14:00) on the day prior to the respective workshop date.
c) If the number of registrations exceeds the available quota, places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the submission time of the registration application, until all places are filled.
d) Successful applicants will receive a confirmation notification by telephone or email at least one day before the event.
e) If there is severe weather on the event day, such as a rainstorm or typhoon, the event may be rescheduled or cancelled. Participants will be notified accordingly.
f) The Organizer reserves the right to photograph and record the event for documentation and future promotional purposes.
g) Personal data provided by participants will be handled confidentially and used solely for event registration, administrative, and statistical purposes.
h) The Organizer reserves the right to amend the event content and arrangements, and to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any dispute, MGM reserves the right of final decision.
i) In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
