* You are invited to participate in a research study conducted by Dr. Chui, Cheryl Hiu-Kwan in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration at The University of Hong Kong.
我們現在誠意邀請你參與一項由香港大學社會工作和社會行政學系的徐曉君博士進行的研究。
 
PURPOSE OF THE STUDY
研究目的
The purpose of the study is to examine the effects of meaningful work, sense of coherence, and psychological health for women entrepreneurs returning to the workforce.
這項研究的目的是探討有意義工作和凝聚力對女性重返職場的心理健康影響。
 
PROCEDURES
程序
If you participate in this study, you will complete a questionnaire about women entrepreneurs returning to the workforce. Completion of the questionnaire takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Participation in this study is completely voluntary, and if there are any questions you do not want to answer, you are free to leave them blank. You may also withdraw from this study at any time without penalty.
如果你同意參與本研究，你將完成有關「女性企業家重返職場」之問卷調查，需時大約15 - 20分鐘。參與本研究完全是自願的，如果有任何你不想回答的問題，你可以拒絕回答。且外，你也可隨時退出本研究而不會受到任何處罰。
 
POTENTIAL RISKS/ DISCOMFORTS AND THEIR MINIMIZATION

We do not think any risks are involved in taking part in this study. However, at any point during the completion of the questionnaire, if you feel uncomfortable about sharing any experience, please feel free to stop at any time.
我們認為參與本研究不涉及任何風險。若果你在問卷調查過程中，對回答任何問題感到不適，請隨時停止。
 
POTENTIAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST

We do not have potential conflict of interest in this questionnaire.

POTENTIAL BENEFITS

There are no direct benefits to the practitioners. However, coupons worth HKD 100 each will be given to participants to compensate for their participation in the survey.
參與者沒有直接的好處。但是將向參與者提供港幣100元優惠券以表謝意。
 
CONFIDENTIALITY
保密
The information obtained in the study will be kept strictly confidential and used for research purposes only. In any publication, we will not include any information that can identify you. The data of questionnaire will be stored at a password-encrypted computer at the University of Hong Kong.
研究中獲得的信息將嚴格保密，僅用於研究目的。在任何出版物中，我們將不包含任何可識別身份的信息。問卷調查的數據將儲存在香港大學有密碼加密的電腦，然後進行數據分析。
 
DATA RETENTION
數據保留
Data containing personal information will be retained for three years after the publication of the first paper arising from the project.
含個人識別碼的數據於第一篇論文發表後的三年將被刪除。

Your participation is completely voluntary. It means that you can choose to stop at any time without negative consequences.
