We, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Ltd. (“TSMC LTD”), invite you to apply to join us for the upcoming ESMC Supplier Connection Day in Dresden, Germany. This registration form will be open from 20th July until 10th August 2026.

As we prepare for the operational phase of European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (ESMC) GmbH in Dresden (“ESMC”), this edition will focus on services and support dedicated on getting ready for operation and beyond. We look forward to the opportunity to meet, connect, and learn more about your company's offerings.

Registration Guidelines:

One registration per company: To ensure we can accommodate a diverse range of organizations, we kindly ask that each company submits only one registration.

Selection Process: Please note that submitting this form serves as an application. Based on service profiles submitted a preliminary selection of participants will be made.

Status Updates: We appreciate your time and interest. Every applying company will be informed of their application status at the end of August 2026.

2. WHICH OF YOUR DATA DO WE PROCESS? AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES?
We process process the personal data you provided to us over a survey service provider when you registered for an ESMC and/or TSMC event. The purpose of processing these data is to identify you as event participant, to check the provided data for plausibility and to reserve a spot for your participation. We also require your data in order to prepare name badges and lists of participants for other participants, as applicable, and to supply you with event information before, during, and after the event. This is done to ensure optimal participation for you and to allow us to plan the event and ensure that it goes smoothly. The legal basis for this is legitimate interest (as set forth in Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR) and our legitimate interest is offering you the opportunity to participate in events or similar activities.

Data Collection via SurveyMonkey

We use the services of SurveyMonkey to conduct online surveys, feedback forms, and market research.

a) Who is the Service Provider?
The provider of this service for users in the European Union is SurveyMonkey Europe UC, 2nd Floor, Shelbourne Buildings, Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland 2surveymonkey.com (a subsidiary of SurveyMonkey Inc. / Momentive Inc., USA) 1surveymonkey.com 4surveymonkey.com.

b) What Data is Processed?

When you participate in one of our surveys, the following data may be processed:

• Survey Responses: Any information, feedback, opinions, or personal details (such as names, job titles, or contact details) that you voluntarily enter into the survey fields.
• Metadata: Technical information about your device, operating system, browser type, and the date and time of your participation

5. TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES

Through the involvement of TSMC and the use of service providers (such as SurveyMonkey), transfers to third countries (countries outside the European Economic Area - EEA) take place. These transfers are secured by appropriate safeguards where required under Chapter V of the GDPR.

a) Transfer to Taiwan (TSMC)
The transfer of data from ESMC to the TSMC is legally permitted under Art. 45 GDPR. The European Commission has issued an Adequacy Decision for Taiwan, confirming that Taiwan provides an adequate level of data protection equivalent to that of the European Union.

b) Transfer to the USA (SurveyMonkey)

SurveyMonkey stores and processes data primarily on servers located in the United States 2surveymonkey.com. To secure this transfer, the following safeguards are in place:

1. EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF): SurveyMonkey Inc. is self-certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework 1surveymonkey.com 4surveymonkey.com. The European Commission has recognized the USA as having an adequate level of protection for companies certified under this framework.

2.EU Standard Contractual Clauses (pursuant to Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c GDPR).

We will provide you with these upon request via one of the above-mentioned contact options.

6. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
As a data subject, you have the right to access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), to have inaccurate data rectified (Art. 16 GDPR) and to have your personal deleted if one of the reasons stated in Art. 17 GDPR applies, e.g. if the personal data is no longer needed for the purposes pursued. There exists also the right to restriction of processing if one of the conditions set out in Art. 18 GDPR applies and, in the cases of Art. 20 GDPR, the right to data portability.

You may furthermore object to the processing of your personal data under the conditions set out in Art. 21 GDPR.

If you wish to assert your data protection rights, please contact either ESMC or TSMC using the contact details above.

In addition, as a data subject, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the processing of data relating to you violates data protection regulations. The data protection supervisory authority responsible for ESMC is the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Officer.
